CO-MARKETING IN CONGRESSES AND CME PROGRAMS

A)  CO-MARKETING IN CONGRESSES:   Exclusively for non competitive new products, launched in the year.

GOAL:

Promotes new Rx drugs, instruments and equipment approved by Health Canada (HC) in the year, in congress's specialty, at lower cost.

OBJECTIVE:

Educates the participants (users, buyers, Health Professionals) of Congresses, on the best way to use the B2B platform, in order to meet their needs; seeking product information without wasting time on Internet and therefore increase its use and generate traffic.

STRATEGY:

  • Only companies that have developed their product's page on the portal, will be entitled to participate in Co-Marketing at congresses, on a voluntary basis.
  • Only new and non competitive products will be shown on giant screen and served for the portal's demonstration
  • On the giant screen:
    • Photo
    • Product Name
    • Company Logo
    • Other (on request)
  • Distribution of pamphlets on the products presented
  • Only PharMed Marketing‘s representatives will be at the booth
  • The costs are divided by the number of products displayed at the kiosk, this means if there are 8 new products the cost will be one / eighth of the total cost. Exp: 4,500$ total cost / 8 products = 562.50$ + tax / company.

 

B)  CO-MARKETING IN CME PROGRAMSAll (new or not) non competitive products,

  • Companies that have developed their product's page (not necessarily new product) are entitled to participate in Co-Marketing of various Continuous Medical Education (CME) events:  Lunch Presentations, Conferences, in Hospitals and in private clinics, etc.
  • PharMed Marketing (PMM) will advise, in advance, companies about the choice of events that it wishes to participate and vice versa, that means, companies may also suggest to PMM, in advance, about CME programs, where they would like that their product page would be used in portal demonstration.
  • Costs are also divided by the number of companies
    1. Exp: Lunch Presentation in a hospital with a total cost 1,000$,  there are four products involved = 250$ / company
    2. Exp: Company has booked a presentation at a CME event and would like PMM jointly presents on the best use of the portal.  The costs represent only the number of hours + transport + tax.
